What this site is
Kolay Ecosystem lists ventures that are looking for co-founders, and runs the process by which someone applies to one of them. Browsing the portfolio and submitting an application are both free.
Applying is not an offer, and not employment
Submitting an application does not create a contract, a job, or any obligation on either side. We decide which applications to take forward and we are not required to give reasons. Equally, you are free to withdraw at any point.
A co-founder seat is not an employment relationship. If an application succeeds, the actual terms are set out in a separate written agreement signed by both sides, and only that agreement binds anyone.
The figures shown are indicative
Equity ranges, weekly commitments and stage labels shown against a venture describe what is currently intended for that seat. They are a starting point for a conversation, not a quoted price, and they may change before an agreement is signed.
Portfolio information is drawn from our own records and kept accurate as far as we can, but we do not warrant that every detail is current.
Your account and your answers
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Give answers that are true — an application built on claims that do not hold up wastes your time as much as ours, and we may decline or withdraw one at any stage if it turns out to be inaccurate.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, to disrupt the service, or to extract the portfolio in bulk by automated means.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the site after that date means the updated terms apply.
